Wong Hand Tufted Indian Wool And Cotton With Latex Ikat Rug

This rug came with a huge weaving flaw where lines of tuft were missing so that the back fabric was clearly visible from the front. This is especially noticeable because the back is white and the tufted fabric is predominately black. When I tried to arrange a return Wayfair told me I needed to lug a heavy rug to Fedex. I am disabled and I don't drive which is one of the reasons I order online. They wanted to charge me a nearly 30% fee to have a pickup at my house to return a defective item. It is a shame, but this is the end of our long relationship if that is the best they can do, and apparently, it is.

Love the rug! It’s perfect size in my entryway and upstairs on the landing. I bought two of them. Good quality. I was hoping I would not need a non slip pad but I do. I bought one so the rug stays in place!!
