Difficult return process

This is exactly what I needed living in Florida. A light quilt to be nice and warm at night, plus it is totally beautiful. I had another one that was too heavy and my feet felt trapped but with this one I'm totally comfortable. And it makes my room super pretty too. I very much recommend this quilt and brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size. It fits my king-size bed nicely with enough hangover on the sides and bottom. It's soft and looks very nice. I do wish the shams were nicer, though, or didn't have the zippers. It's just my preference.
