Warranty Details

Emser warrants that manufactured products will be free from defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The defect is defined as a shortfall in the product to perform to specifications as disclosed in product or trade literature, within industry allowable tolerances as set forth in standard, national industry protocols. Emser will only consider warranty claims which are supported by evidence provided by the buyer establishing defects covered by this warranty.
