The rug arrived with a large hole in it (looks like it happened at either the manufacturers or the warehouse, because the outside packaging was fine). I am currently on my 4th call in 24 hours trying to get this remedied. I have no idea what the rug looks like in person, as I have not unrolled it, but the customer service sucks.
