I hestiate to review this rug because I really like it. And I want to buy a couple more before they get too popular and the price goes up! But honestly its soft and plush. It sheds a bit at the start but not crazy. I was able to get it inside, unpackaged and unrolled myself. In my house lighting it looks more silver grey which is nice. See photos (contrast with light oak flooring and sofa which is light grey).

EDIT UPDATE: I spoke to a representative today regarding my issue and dissatisfaction that no resolution was made through the online chat. She was extremely helpful and has sent me a prepaid return label for the rug. I purchased this rug and it was delivered several days ago. After unwrapping the plastic wrap that it was shipped in, the odor from the rug was overwhelming. I put it outside, thinking the outside air and the sun would help resolve the odor issue. It did not. I had it outside for four days. I looked online to get other methods that might work, tried them, and the odor is as strong as it was when I opened the package. The odor is so bad, I am unable to put it in the house. I contacted Wayfair customer service chat, and they have refused to help with a satisfactory resolution. They only offered me to return it, at my expense. The product is defective, and I refused to pay for return shipping.

Very pretty rug. Very good quality and rug is heavy and well made . Perfect as an accent rug . Very nice color and matches everything . Rug is thick and plush and looks great. Edges of the rug took a day or two to fully curl and lay flat.

Love this rug, it is the perfect color silver, I didn’t want to go with a white rug so this is a good alternative for my color scheme for my living room ! It is very soft, a little on the thin side though. Overall i am happy with my purchase!
