Installation was straight forward. This fan is nicely sized for our 12'x10' sunroom. It is dead quiet, and the lack of pull chains for control provides for a cleaner look. The fan can move a lot of air, we typically set it to level 1 or 2. We use both the included wall switch and the iPhone app to control the fan speed and direction. Both work equally well.
