This package arrived just on time and damage to the package. This little floor lamp is super cute. It is bigger on top but heavy on the bottom for extra support. It is cute and I think will work well in my living room. It didnt come with a light but I think it uses the small ones, kinda like a night light. I do recommend this floor lamp

Two reasons why this is great- 1 the base is heavy and will help it from knocking over. Two the glass dome screws on so it won’t fall off if it is bumped by one of our active doggie’s . It takes an e12 socket 40 w bulb that I wish came with it. Very nice lamp! Thank you!

WOW!! I was not expecting the lovely lamp that arrived. This floor lamp is a showstopper; the Sydow accent floor lamp is positively it! From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell this was no ordinary lighting piece; it’s more like functional art for my home. WowWee! I’ve just moved into a new place and décor being at the forefront of my mind, I knew I needed a floor lamp with pizzazz. Standing at 61 inches tall, it has just the right presence without feeling overbearing. The marble body and base are absolutely stunning, solid, sleek, and rich in texture. I chose the black and gold combo, and it adds a classy, moody contrast to my neutral-toned living room. It instantly elevated the space without trying too hard. Real Talk. The white glass shade looks to diffuse the light beautifully, which will create a warm, cozy vibe that's perfect for my dining room. Nevertheless, any room placement of this lamp is a straight décor glow-up. Although, it doesn't come with a bulb, and this gives me the freedom to pick a soft amber LED for extra ambiance. What do I appreciate most? It's super low maintenance. A quick wipe with dry cloth keeps it looking awesome. No fuss; yay for easy upkeep! Very stylish lamp! Only took about 5 minutes to put together because the pole simply screws together and the cord is already fed through the pole. Very sturdy...will NOT fall over! A couple of things to note: (1) light bulb doesn't come with it; it requires purchase of a candelabra base bulb, (2) the base is VERY, very heavy, (3) it is 5 feet tall, so it might be shorter than you expect. I think it will go well in a corner next to a chair, for a sweet and cozy scenario.

I truly wish I were a better photographer because my pictures do not do this gorgeous lamp justice. Everything about it is so perfectly designed and crafted. It’s all the little details that make it so beautiful. If you look underneath the gorgeous lampshade bulb, you’ll see how nicely they finished it with a beautiful brass plate and everything is perfectly aligned and very sturdy. The base of the lamp has a brass pole that comes apart in three sections and fits together perfectly. It takes about five minutes to put together, the entire lamp that is. The lightbulb is not included, but you can easily find it at the hardware store. It’s the type of bulb that you use in an old-fashioned chandelier that has many teeny little bulbs. The base of the lamp is made of very heavy, solid black marble, making it impossible to tip over the lamp by accident And it looks very nice in a corner or it could look very pretty next to a bed as well. This floor lamp is solid and does not teeter or shake when you walk past it. I live downtown and so sometimes things shake if a train or boat goes by, but this lamp is absolutely gorgeous. It’s sleek and MCM. It takes up very little room and it’s something that you’ll never want to give away because it goes with everything. What a stunning lamp it is and I’m so lucky to have it !
