Medallion Lighting warrants that its products are free of manufacturer’s defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of the products delivery. Medallion Lighting does not assume liability or responsibility for any damage caused by the improper installation, shipping and handling, maintenance or use of the product. Products that are proven defective during this time will be repaired or replaced at the option of Medallion Lighting.
