We cannot get the lamp shades to be straight. They are cattywompus and we are hoping Wayfair will not make us pay to return. They are expensive lamps and we should not have this issue with them. Purchased for my mother who is unable to pull on the chain as the lamp is so tall, that it wants to fall over. They are beautiful but mom cannot get shade straight, and neither can I.
