the first two I ordered were irregularly cut where the shade goes over the lamp but wayfair made it right and we got the correct shades they worked with me until the issue was satisfactorially completed

Loved the shade!! Had to send back, spider is square in middle picture showed round would not fit. Very sad

Eh... you get what u pay for Customer service was great when I received the first shipment damaged but the next set wasn’t much better unfortunately
