I was a little nervous about the color of the lamp as some sites and photos can make the item appear to be lighter or darker than expected. In this case I was concerned that it may be more of a red tone but I was pleasantly surprised as the lamp was delivered as shown with a nice chocolate brown color that looks so nice in my home. The gold details are soft matte gold. Even the switch is nice and not like the cheap plastic switches you’d find at other stores.

I really like this lamp and am very happy with my purchase. It feels to be of really good quality and has a good weight to it. It is sturdy and stable. The gold accents against the olive greengrey base look really well done. The base of the lamp has a nice texture to it and feels pretty organic and natural. The lamp shade has a burlap quality to it which I think accents the base’s green color as well. The lamp is really easy to assemble and casts a nice, warm light. The proportions of the base to the shade feel well balanced.

Absolutely stunning lamp in a beautiful, modern- brown color. I absolutely love the lampshade. Fluted shades are back and I am here for it. Super easy to assemble. Only had to add lightbulbs. I have received many compliments. Very happy. 

Appears exactly as pictured, my photo isn’t doing it any justice. It is super pretty and compliments the bedroom well. The mid size is good for not taking up too much real estate on the nightstand. The matte finish is really attractive.

This lamp is such nice quality. The shade is a nice linen color and texture and the base is a medium brown color. The base is a dull finish and is a heavy material. It is a nice size as well. I highly recommend!!

Love this lamp. The lamp shade is what I’ve come to expect from items sold on Wayfair, so it goes well with other lights in the room. The lamp doesn’t weigh as much as other table lamps I’ve owned, so pet owners beware.

What a sleek looking lamp. I love that the shade is an oatmeal color and not white. I love the look of the modern base with empire shade. Came very quickly and packaged well. Definitely recommend this sleek looking lamp!

I really like the unique shape of this lamp base! The brown taupe color is very on trend for the warm and moody color palate. The tan flair shade balances out the base and I love the gold finial accent.

The Torhild ceramic table lamp will fit with contemporary, industrial, or farmhouse style. We ordered dark brown, but it looks more like taupe. The lamp is 22 inches tall. It comes with a linen shade lined in polyester. I like the pretty brushed gold finish of the hardware. Assembly is extremely easy. I have included photos of the lamp before and after putting it together. We like the lamp and would recommend it.

Absolutely love it. The color is perfection. Perfect accent piece for my end table in my family room.
