I bought a pair of these on sale and they are gorgeous. If you like that mercury glass look, but a modern silhouette, this is it. I haven't added lightbulbs yet (doesn't come with any), but I expect it will release plenty of light. I already put my hand down in it and I will say someone with XL hands may have a little trouble reaching in to screw the lightbulb in the base, but that is the only negative I can foresee.
