Thrilled to find this replacement cover, as I didn't see any last summer.

It’s great for the price this is my second one. It’s great to come home and soak in.

So flimsy and thin, I returned and never got my money back. Really disappointed ☹️

I am furious. Within minutes of placing my order I realized that it was just the replacement cover that I ordered and not an actual hot tub. I immediately requested that my order be canceled numerous times just to make sure. My request was ignored and the item shipped to me anyway. I need the money refunded to my card but can't afford the shipping to send this item back. Again I am extremely unhappy with wayfair and unless this is resolved I will never order from them again

Be careful the way they word the item is falsely misleading this is a cover and not a hot tub was so disappointed no where does it say cover only in the details so be sure to look carefully kind of sneaky if ask me just saying
