I like it a lot. I like the wabi-sabi look of it. I like the dramatic shade. I like the cozy feel it lent the room and I love the color of the base. My friends say the style clashes with the chandelier and the shade is too big, but I love it. Even if I get talked out of keeping it in that room, I still love it and will keep it. It arrived very well packaged, shade is completely clean and perfect, wrapped nicely in protective covering. Base also is flawless. I loved how quickly it came after I ordered it. I obsessed about it for a long time due to the reviews, but I'm so glad I got it. I think it looks like a work of art. Photos were taken at different times of day.
