Pretty Nice Chandelier. The customer Service is also pretty good.

Absolutely stunning. It is so big, the pictures do not even show how truly large and sparkling it is. I had one similar in my previous house, but it was chrome, rather than gold, and this one has such a nicer crystal layout. Many extra bobeche's in case of breakage. If you want something substantial, and we'll made....this it it.

I will agree with all the other reviews that this chandelier is a SHOW STOPPER!! It is elegant, stunning, and far surpassed my expectations so 5 stars for sure. I will also agree that it is MORE than laborious to put together as it comes in all separate pieces with 170 crystals and the hooks did not come attached. For efficiency and sanity, the hooks should have been attached to the crystals. It took a professional to install the ceiling medallion and chandelier 7 full hours without a break. I even helped put the crystals on the hooks to speed things along or this would have taken much longer. The finished product is well worth it but I thought it important to let all know how truly painful THIS LOVELY, STUNNING chandelier is to put together :)

Love it. Installation instructions are very unclear, so be prepared to spend some time on trying to figure out the steps. The final product is beautiful.
