If an ETiSSL product fails to operate for the specified warranty period, ETISSL will, at its option, replace or repair the product at no charge or grant Purchaser a credit for a future LED Retrofit purchase. Unit credit is calculated as follows: Purchase Price ($) x Unexpired warranty period (months) / Warranty period (months) The customer is solely responsible for labor costs of removal or installation of LED Retrofits. This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of product, liability for direct, incidental, or consequential expenses or damages is expressly excluded. Some states do not allow exclusions of direct, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, which vary from state to state.
