Quynhnhu 57'' Wicker Outdoor Patio Daybed

I purchased this daybed to add extra seating in my patio. I’m really pleased with the way it looks and comfort. The cushions are nice and sturdy. It was not easy to assemble, some instructions steps were wrong and youll require a friend to help. All parts and tools were included but I suggest getting a tork wrench to help you move faster. It took me 4 hrs to put it together. It will take longer by using the included allen tool. I do have to say that it looks great on my patio. Hopefully it will last long.

Overall really love it, very functional and very comfy! Few caveats though, we are very experienced furniture assemblers, we have only ever bought assemble yourself furniture, over 11 or 12 things by now, and I must say this was the worst and most challenging so far by a wide margin. Took us two afternoons in the end. There are translation errors in the instructions and the angles you have to go at the screws at are very hard, you will NEED two people and a ratcheting Allen wrench, it was a life saver. The wood on yhe arm rests also does not feel properly rain treated Its very rough and raw feeling, I think Ill likely have to coat them in something extra, which Im fine with but think folks should know. Overall very happy with it now that its built though!

I am very angry about this product. It arrived without all of the parts. The handyman I hired through Wayfair ordered a new part. I called Wayfair to see if they could expedite the part to me because I have a half assembled piece of furniture in my yard. Wayfair representatives told me there was NO WAY the part could be expedited. So I waited. The part arrived. Handyman came back out to install it and it turns out they didn't send the right part. Now I am being told I have to wait 2 more weeks for the part. Meanwhile I have a big piece of half-assembled furniture on my deck. I have guests arriving on Friday. I HATE WAYFAIR.

Canopy is only secured via Velcro. Storage bin doesn’t close all the way. Great idea poor execution

Great products, many choices Great prices Great customer service. I had a missing part and contacted them . Resolution happened immediately I was emailed and also texted withe updates

Diagram is beautiful. Material is good. Came on time was not delayed in the shipment. Need to be a sample.
