Always difficult to purchase an item off the internet without any physical contact. The only issue the sales wording identified the back rest and the foot rest worked independently of each other. In fact the head rest and the main tilt switch were independent of each other. A little irritation with inaccurate specifications especially for an online purchase where accuracy of information is important to make the right choice.
