Love the product but shipping was damaged three times at time of delivery

It was what I had hoped it would be. The only issue was damage during shipping. And Pit Boss customer service was great and no hassel.

so far it worked perfect i cooked ribs in it and they came out wonderful. it was an easy clean up. i had to get replacement from wayfair cause 1st was badly dented but they did wonderful job replacing it with new one.

Assembly was somewhat difficult. Went through initial burn off with no problems. Have not had an opportunity to smoke anything yet.

Shipping landed product to my home beat up! I still don't have the replacement door which was suppose to be sent! I can't comment on the smoker as I haven't been able to fire it up as yet!

Easy to assemble haven’t used it yet but really excited to use it this weekend!

Very dissatisfied it was destroyed and now I have to go out of my way to send it back find a box not to mention it was supposed to be a gift for my husband so unhappy

This is perfect for home or camping! We throw in the back of the truck and go!

My husband is beyond thrilled with this smoker.
