This chair is a great value. I love the real wood base and the fabric is really nice too (I have the beige linen) The cushions were vacuum packed upon arrival and therefore a bit wrinkled, but I hit them with my hand steamer and that problem was quickly and easily resolved. It was easy to assemble, I did it myself in about 15 minutes. The only negative for me is the screw hole covers. They are plastic which feels cheap for such an otherwise quality piece. I wish they were wood that matched better. Thats why I give it 4 out of 5 stars. It’s a nice chair, on the lower side and quite comfortable It took me 25 minutes to assemble the chair, for me it was straight forward and I didnt have any problems, just follow the instructions and be swear that the bigger holes need to show to the outside to connect the arm pieces, it’s already written in the box so I don’t have the issue at all. I LOVEEEE this chair. I wanted something that was mid century modern but felt like it was actually still comfortable. I loved the distressed brown leather and I was honestly most worried about that coming and looking cheap and it doesn’t AT ALL. It looks totally lived in and it is actually quite comfortable. The chair also has a slant that is the perfect amount. I’m not laying back but I can feel relaxed and comfortable. For the price - not bad. Easy enough to put together. It matches my other furniture. But the sliding door thingy made me sweat a little - you slide it in after you put the top and bottom on and it’s just hard to match the top and bottom. That’s probably what took me the longest.
