This entryway tree arrived in perfect condition - the packaging was so good that my main complaint was ridding the area of flecks of static-charged styrofoam after I was done assembling. Assembly was dead easy, and the unit is light enough that its perfectly achievable to do solo. There are adjustable feet so its easy to level. I wouldnt hang anything heavy from the side hooks but they are a great place for empty shopping bags to live before they go back to the car. This is not heirloom furniture obviously, but it perfectly fits the odd space I have and it does the three jobs I needed done in my doorway area with little drama (shoe parking, a place to put a keys bucket, and some hooks for hats and such)

Looks just as pictured. Much lighter in weight than I expected, but it looks great.
