Camilla Oriental Ivory/Gray Area Rug

Shipping is AWFUL. Why on earth Wayfair thinks it’s a good idea to ship area rugs folded instead of rolled is beyond me. Rug is beautiful color, but because of shipping condition is a mess.

SOOOOO impressed with the quality of this rug, especially for the price point. The thickness is perfect. Easy to clean but still nice and soft beneath your feet. I like this rug much more than my very expensive ruggable

I love this rug! The colors are perfect & it is very soft to walk on. As others have noted, I did get a good rug pad also.

The over-all rug has more light cream (almost white) color than described & pictured on website. The website's pictures show this rug to have a beige base on it. Especially on the borders are more cream verses beige, which will show more dirt on it in time. Also, the color on the rug we received pattern is off. One side of the rug has darker grey/taupe pattern than the other side. We tried rotating the rug and changing the lighting in the room. Yet, it appears to be in the pattern of the rug. Return was VERY difficult, as my options were to keep it for 20% off or get a store credit. I wanted to return & a credit back to my card, so I had to call & deal w/ a rude CS rep who only prolonged the process further. Still waiting for an email for my credit. Additionally, I had fraud activity on my bank card after this Wayfair purchase, having to shut down my card & get a new card #. My Bank Fraud dept warns this is happening with Wayfair a lot right now.. This also has made my return process harder & Wayfair wants to charge me $42 for shipping to return. Buyer beware.

Nice muted colors. Arrived rolled…Still a little rippled and needs to finish relaxing.
