Rev-A-Shelf Kitchen Pull-Down Wall Cabinet Shelf System, Chrome

Unfortunately, it didnt serve the purpose of letting my mom reach the items in the high-up kitchen cabinets, since the pull-down bar sits just above the cabinet floor (if you mount it to the cabinet base). It definitely cant be overflowing or overloaded since its moving up and down. Theres not much to be done with that, although I probably would have liked the back wall of the shelves to go up higher. Overall, Im pretty satisfied, although it didnt make all my dreams come true

The packaging was good and was delivered on time. I am giving 4 stars as it is missing 6mm screws, it has only 6 but needs 10 to put it together!

Solid and well built, priced a lot higher than it should be though.

The stabilizer doesn't fit. I have to balance the weight and pull. It's awkward, but way better than not being able to reach the items in the basket.

I think it’s fantastic. My height makes it difficult to to reach items thus pull out drawer makes it possible fir me not to have use a small ladder. Yeah !!

Ordering and shipping process was great. Unfortunately it did not fit the area where we wanted to use it.

It doesn't work when it is loaded around 10 lbs. It could be the defective product I received.

All of the pull out drawers/systems by Rev A Shelf are fantastic! This one allowed me to actually use the top shelf of my cabinet without needing a step stool handy.
