It came damaged. Apparently it had been brought, incorrectly assembled, put back in the box and returned. Then sent to us so damaged it can't be assembled. Plus when I went to return it I found out it was not a returnable item.

Much lower quality than I expected. The wood is solid but not crafted well. The metal was not up to par either. I sent it back..too expensive and definitely not worth the money. There were no holes drilled to place the screws in the wood.

Very cute little shelf, fits the spot I needed it for perfectly! Very good value for the money.

Book shelves are sturdy and easy to put together. The shelves are distressed, at least the dark gray. Great purchase for a reasonable price!

Very cool unique. Less than 5 mins to assemble

The shelf was the right size for our space and the wood pieces look really nice. Unfortunately the packing was not great so the metal frame was was very scratched up and dented when delivered. We were offered to return or a discount and took the discount (wayfair was great to work with on this as was the manufacturer they referred us to). We put it together and the hook on one back brace broke so we had to improvise. Given the price point still disappointed some of the quality hence the 3 stars. Customer service was very good.

Very rustic and industrial. Heavy and solid. Visible welds, and intentional imperfections. Best to use a damp cloth rag on shelves, as dry swiffer types just snag. Perfect size for my space. Be careful tightening cross bracing, as end hooks are thin and vulnerable. They are really just decorative, so no need to overdo it. Quite pleased overall.

Beautiful piece and very easy to put together. Reason I took off a star is because it is waaayyy short. They height stated includes the top of the black frame, so technically the description is correct. But the top shelf is a good 8in lower than the stated height so the whole piece looks weirdly short. I ended up buying a 60in wall shelf in mango wood with black brackets (which matches very well) which I hung above, so now the proportion is better.
