This was used in our first model in Mississippi for the builder in Texas . We are stage designer for a builder from Texas , we have been staging models for builder for 10 years average 5 models in each state , we cover Texas , Mississippi , Louisiana.. each model will of 5 in each state takes at least three years to complete , as salesperson has map of lots to be sold as we finish each model in different themes.
