Looks great, love how the cream is raised

We ordered this rug in October and weren’t able to put it in place until today. We opened it and there is a giant stain down the middle. It’s been more than 30 days so it’s not eligible for return or replacement. My fault for not checking earlier, but also think it’s a dair assumption that the rug wouldn’t be in this condition. Very disappointed.

Cream coloring in rug is brighter, whiter than appeared on line. Sheds a lot. Thick, quality rug. Pros: Quality rug, Thick.

Great rug. Placed it in our playroom. Definitely sheds a bit but its shedding less every vacuum.

Couldn’t be happier. Looks exactly as shown; great quality & price. With a lot of traffic and 2 large dogs that shed, we just hope to get at least 5 years out of it.

I guess that's because it's wool, but it's very annoying how the dark blue always flakes off onto the lighter colors. Have to really be on top of the vacuuming so it doesn't look dirty. Otherwise it's great.

The colours are stunning, but the wool definitely sheds. Also, some of the wool threads were loose. Overall, we enjoy it, but wish the quality was a bit better.
