I bought a pair of these stools. Three of the four rails are defective. I contacted Wayfair and submitted photos showing the issue. Disappointed that I have not heard anything in return.

Like the look of these stools are comfortable but the back of chair rubs against the cushion and one of the cushion pads tore a little. Tried to adjust the cushion to sit forward more but not easy they slip back against the chair again.
