These pillows looked so pretty on the website, but they were a cheap, very rough burlap material that didn't suit my decor - so they were returned.

True to the picture and color is really pretty. Didn’t realize the texture of it but either way still loved it. Goes well with all colors and styles. Definitely would recommend need to get a second one to make a set.

Very beautiful pillow cover. Got it to go with my new furniture. Its true to color light brown with a woven burlap kind of texture. Could go with any kind of decor. Would also make a nice house warming gift.

Jute is the name of the plant or fiber used to make burlap.So use the pillow as an accent piece as the texture does not make a snuggling pillow. It’s great as a lumbar support if you fill it to firm. You are purchasing the shell or case. The pillow features a beautiful design on the front. The jute is light brown or tan and part of the design is a cream color. Four tassels , also cream colored, add a lovely accent as well as adding focus to the design. These pillow is a shell only - with no filling – allowing you to make your own pillow by stuffing it precisely to your liking – as firm or soft as you want! The case has a zipper on one side hidden in the design making it more attractive. The pillow case is lined inside. If you must wash the pillow shell hand wash separately in cool water using a mild soap. Jute fabrics or burlap can be brittle so it must be handled gently. Do not wring or twist the wet fabric. Burlap should always be washed alone because it can shed fibers. Hang the pillow shell on a clothesline and air dry in a well ventilated area. Do not use a dryer.
