The only reason for the 4-star rating is that the colors were a little more bold than they seemed online. It’s the chance you take ordering this type of thing online. The rug itself is decent quality and arrived quickly and nicely packaged. I do hate that it was going to cost me almost the same amount of money to return the item as I paid for it:(.
