Guerrie Mirror Tray

The first one that came had a huge chip on the corner of the mirror. The replacement had 2 smaller chips on 2 of the corners. I wanted to return it for a refund. They knew that it was defective, so asking no details, they required me to pay for return shipping and offered me a very nominal discount. They couldve avoided this with packing that was more secure. Box in a bigger box with sufficient packing would have avoided the whole ordeal. The tray itself is beautiful.
