We had some issues with assembly and scratches from delivery. Weve had it for almost a year now. It was great during winter. Its a good piece, looks good too.

Overall, the pergola works great and looks like we had hoped. Only thing preventing us from giving 5/5 is there were some parts missing, but the customer service was VERY HELPFUL and got us the replacement parts quickly. All in all we are very happy with the purchase.

Purchased this 10x13 pergola in gray. It looks great. I paid for the set-up service through Wayfair/Angi, which is not cheap, but ended up being less than I was quoted from an independent contractor. Two guys set this up in 2.5 hours. A couple of things needed to be adjusted/tweaked, but they described the set-up as "easy" (again, they're professionals). As recommended in another review, I purchased longer yard stakes (14 in) to further secure it in the ground as the gazebo is installed on a gravel patio, not a paver patio. I really like the look of it, and hope that the louvers block the rain as is advertised. I'm overall pleased for now.

Inferior product with many defects. Multiple posts come dented with discoloration. Holes and multiple pieces do not align properly, making for a very difficult and dangerous assembly. My husband who is very handy (with the help of 2 other men all experienced with construction) spent over 3 hours assembling before realizing the product is a piece of junk. We had to run to the hardware store for extra pieces to try fixing the joints. Upon speaking to Wayfair customer service, they actually wanted us to disassemble and return for a refund. I can’t imagine spending another 3 hours disassembling this monster. What a complete waste of time this was! Do not buy!

Delivery took a bit long, but it requires at least two people to assemble it, so I used the assembly service. It's a bit expensive, but it took about 4 hours and the results were satisfactory.

Had to do some guessing because there are no words in the booklet and I bought longer anchors because the ones provided were to short. I had to grind about six of the louvers a little bit so they would not catch and close all the way

This product came with missing screws and bolts, and even the construction company said it would be difficult to put together and was very poor quality. We tried to return it, but they said it was outside of the window. We had our deck being refinished and could not return it before, the 30 days once we opened it it was defective. They were not cooperative and we will not do business with Wayfair going forward.

Quite sturdy and provides the shade I need for the backyard. It was very big for myself to put together so I decided to try Wayfair professional assembly option. It was a bad idea. Next time I find myself buying something this big again, I would not use Wayfair pro service. I would hire my own pro. The reason is I paid close to $700 for the assembly service, but the first contractor refused the job saying they would only get paid less than $200. The second contractor accepted the job (which I am very grateful for), but told me the same thing, he wouldn't get paid more than $200. I felt terrible but also I already paid waaay too much in total, I could not pay a dollar more whatsoever. Next time, I would hire my own help so I know where my money goes exactly.

Delivered before expected awaiting wayfair professional assembly to see the quality and to see how it looks. Super excited for the final product
