Very sturdy desk. Look and feels pretty and very finctional. Lot of assembly. Worth paying for assembly. Assembler was excellent also.

The particle board split frequently in assembly and then the base actually fully split off and broke on the shelf when I moved an assembled side to add the actual rising metal component. Incredibly disappointing.

Overall sturdy desk. It is reversible. The shelves on the left are not attached so you can adjust as you see fit in your space. Easy to assemble if you have an electric drill.
