Product: 10’ x 13’ pergola - dark grey Shipping: Great, called before dropping off and was very considerate about box placement. A few of the boxes were damaged, but appear to have been fixed in-transit and none of the parts were damaged due to the excellent part packaging from Bon Pergola. Part prep for build: All parts were well labeled and easy to follow with instructions. Did receive wrong bolts, spacers,and nuts quantity for design, but BON Pergola quickly responded and sent the correct parts. Installation notes: - Prep parts prior connecting, remove all hard plastic and coating protection before install. - Install 10’ cross beams first on poles and then the 13’ beams. The 10’ beams sit behind the 13’ beams on the poles and this makes for an easier install of the 13’ beams. - Note which beam has the four bolts for the motor - you will want this beam closest to your power source. - Install rubber stops for gutters prior to gutter install. - Insert motor/bracket into gutter prior to hanging gutter. - Mount motor after “I”, “H”, and first “G” louver install. - Instructions state that louver bolts should not be over tightened - note bolts should be tightened enough to engage the locking nuts, but should rotate freely to ensure the louver motor is not over stressed. Signs of the nuts are too tight, if louvers are not flush when in closed state. Additional notes: - May want to cover mounting plate for poles - believe BON Pergola sells them - LED strip lights embedded into gutters are well done - the light color is daylight and very bright. Does not come with dimmer, but can be customized. - Comes with two very nice wireless remotes for louver and light control - wifi integration for app control would be a nice upgrade for this too. Product impression: - Design quality is superb! - Product quality looks great - Precise cuts and part alignment - Part finish is awesome - to the point I want to wipe down every surface to make it shine! - This pergola is the SAME quality if not better than StruXure Cabana X and Apollo louvers for a cheaper price - Customer service is also fantastic, fast responses, direct information, and cares about your happiness with the product over just trying to sell you something - Also sells custom pergola builds through Etsy

This is a great pergola with beautiful and stylish design. I ordered through wayfair and initially worried about shipping. Jeff is very helpful in answering my concerns and very responsive. The packing and shipping is extraordinary. I hired a local to install and took 3-4 hours to get it done. Over all, nice experience.

Good looking structure. The height is much higher than I thought. Was able to put together with 2 people but would recommend 3. Some parts needed some force to put in and one pole was missing a hole for water to drain but other than those issues everything else was great. Hopefully they will make a retractable shade I can add on to the structure. Very pricey

Returned, did not use. Nothing wrong with it, Location where I wanted to install wasn’t right.

Great pergola. Delivered on time, nothing was damagedmissed. We installed by ourselves in 1 day, very easy if you read all instructions carefully. Works as expected, we are ready for the summer.

Honestly we have only had this installed for less than a week but it looks great and is made very well. The build process took 2 days but for the price you cannot go wrong.

Love the pergola. Took a few hours to put together, but we love the look and the asthetic it brings to our yard. Definitely recommend

I am very impressed with this unit so far. The lighting is bright and the louvers work great. We have had the unit on hand for about 8 months and has held up to the elements well. Time will tell if the unit degrades over time but for now I have nothing bad at all to say. I would buy another one in a hearbeat (may get another one as well if they come out with a smaller triangular shaped model that would go perfectly over an L shaped outdoor kitchen).

Pergola looks very stylish in white. The automated open/close feature is great and the led lights around the top border is a lovely bonus!
