I’ve had this less than a month but so far, so good. I can’t speak on longevity of this item but it seems sturdy enough to last quite a while. This was easy to put together for me and I'm not a DIYer, nor am I big and strong. I had to tilt it down or put it on its side to add the topmost shelves, but that really wasn't very difficult. I even did it with the wheels on. They look nice and hopefully they’re recyclable when they come to the end of their life which hopefully will be only after many years. I didn't have any issues with damage nor breakage from the delivery process. The shelving boxes are labelled as "Honey Can Do" though it doesn't say that in the description, still it appears to measure exactly as the measurements are in this description on Wayfair. I don't have tons of stuff on the shelves so I don't know if it will truly hold the weight that it says it will. I bought two units and put 6 shelves on one and 4 on the other. I really wish they sold more shelves for this, and at a decent price. I’d like shorter spaces so I don’t have to pile things on top of one another, especially since I’m using one of these for kitchen items. On the unit with 6 shelves I probably have about a hundred pounds or so and it moves easily with that. I have no idea if it will really be as sturdy with the labeled weight limit in the description. There doesn’t seem to be any unsturdiness and I don’t fear it tipping when I move it but I also don’t push it carelessly. I can scoot it over a few feet with one hand. The biggest pain, which isn’t a fault, was trying to decide how tall I wanted each shelving space to be. I had to measure appliances and count notches to make sure things were even, I didn’t need equidistant spaces. I put the biggest space on the bottom and that’s where I put the heavier stuff, which makes sense to me in case there are ever any tipping issues, which I don’t think there will be. I also bought some S-Hooks to hang stuff on the sides (apron, cooling racks, utensils) and that’s working well also. I prefer the 18" wide shelves but space is an issue so I chose the 14". I do have a couple of the 18" wide steel shelves too. Honestly, so far, I can't see anything wrong with the two I bought. All the pieces were there. The instructions were clear and were picture instructions. There are too many hard plastic packing pieces that don't seem to be recyclable but it didn't seem to have too different of an amount of pieces than the other two brands of shelving I purchased. Also the box for it wasn't just a plain brown box with black print like the other shelving units I purchased, rather it was a colorful, more glossy box, so I don't know if those are recyclable but it seems a waste of packaging if not. Plain brown cardboard box that's absolutely recyclable will do.
