Best Cake Pans With Reviews

I've only had my Anolon cake pan for a week, so I've only had a chance to bake one scrumptious chocolate fudge cake in it. I couldn't be happier with a product I bought online. Of course, I knew what I was getting. I had previously bought an Anolon bundt cake pan in a retail store, and I use nothing else now. The main reason I like both items is the perfect cake that comes out of them. No sticking, plus easy cleanup. What more could you ask? There is NOTHING I don't like about these pans.

I have looked at this brand bundt pans for the past couple years. Very expensive on line. Found these on sale with Wayfair and finally purchased a couple of them. I now know why they are higher end baking pans. Their beautiful and very well made. I purchased holiday pans. Cant wait to use. I know from here on out I will be looking to sales for these on Wayfair. There are more designs Id like to have. Highly recommend.

This pan is adorable, and I was excited to use it and try it out first for holiday season. I don't like gingerbread, so I did a deep chocolate cake from scratch; that was a mistake in this pan. It was too rich and heavy, and didn't show details well at all, and some pieces broke off, even though I greased and floured very well. And, it is still soaking from last night because I can't get dark chocolate out from small detailed spaces. I'm glad I tried it first before I made it for the holidays. So, I will definitely go with a lighter color cake next time!

This pan was delivered right on time and was an essential part of my Yule celebration - I chose to make a chocolate fudge cake, and baked it for 35-40 mins or so. Once I took the cake out of the pan, it was complete perfection. It also baked thoroughly throughout, and my cake came out nice and moist. I didn't keep the original design of the cake right out of the pan, but it did slip right out without any issues or sticking. I did add butter to the pan before adding my mixture which also helps. LOVE THIS PAN, and definitely recommend it.

This pan is wonderful !!! I made my Million Dollar Pound Cake in it yesterday. (first use) When the cake came out of the oven I cooled it for 10 minutes on a cooling rack, then turned it over on the rack to finish cooling.....and you guessed it... it slid right out of the pan onto the rack all by itself!!!! I couldn't believe it...I was doing my happy dance all over the kitchen!!! By the way I'm 74 years old, so I am sure that was a sight to see..! Anyone that bakes pound cakes knows that they just don't always do that... I am very impressed with this pan, the cake was golden brown all over, just as it should be, and also the pan is very easy to handle, it's not as heavy as it looks, but heavy enough, and the handles on each side are VERY helpful for anyone who has arthritis in their hands and wrists. I would actually give this pan six stars if possible. Get one you'll love it too!!

Updated review: Came back to buy 2 more pans. I really don’t know what life was like before purchasing this springform pan. The way it is assembled is nothing like any other springform pan out there. If you are someone who make a few cheesecakes a year, especially for other people, you really need this pan! Original review: Great pan. The design made it easy to get the bottom off of the cheesecake. Great product!

After having used silicone and nonstick angel food pans, the all aluminum pans, such as this product, work the best! I got the best volume with the aluminum pan and clean up was easy compared to the "nonstick" angel cake pan. I bought 5 aluminum pans and use them on a daily basis. I highly recommend these pans; the price is right, and the quality is excellent!

Used it....it'll take me a few uses to figure out best method of preparing pan. I think for chocolate cake I should've used cocoa in lieu of flour. Use flour on light colored cakes. The cake is beautiful after a little drizzle of glaze...and came easily out of pan.

If you're looking for a cake pan that is heavy duty, sturdy, and bakes evenly, this is it ! I used to bake my pound cakes in a bundt pan, but I would always have batter left over because they weren't deep enough. Thankfully, I can fit all my batter into this cake pan. This is my second cake pan I purchased the first one back in 2020 and it is still going strong and it's still bakes evenly. I was very pleased that Nordic Ware had not compromised on the quality of their product. I guarantee you will not be disappointed if you purchase this cake pan.

Bought two of these because I'm getting rid of two non-stick pans I have. Glad the replace them with these aluminum pans. Love the height of the lids. Leaves room to store taller items such as large muffins if you want to store them or transport them in a pan. Pros: I love not having to worry about scratching the bottom when I use it.

This is a terrific addition to my bakeware collection! Nordic Ware can not be topped. I most recently make mini-scones of Irish Soda bread to give as gifts for St. Patrick’s Day. Buy the Non-Stick Square Mini Scone Pan for yourself and buy another to give as a gift!

The Nordic Ware Forest Bundt Pan is a beautifully crafted and durable heavy cast aluminum nonstick pan made in the USA. A nine cup pan will hold batter for a medium sized holiday cake. Came with the Peppermint Pine Forest Bundt Cake recipe. Will make a great addition to a winter holiday dessert table as a cake or as an empty decorated pan accent.

These are smaller than I thought but they are cute and I like it. I checked with Nordicware to see what they coat their pans with since I try to avoid chemical based non-stick coatings. Their coatings on this item is free of all of the stuff I avoid and is a silicone based coating. Will be buying more Nordic ware in the future.

How do you ever made a square a bunt, Well I never have until now. I really like the way it looks. The last one I made was a lemon cake and the icing down the sides for a school function we were having. I do notice as I play ring around the table either the same mother likes the look of the cake Being square or I am a better cook than I thought. Personally I think she likes square cakes. I don’t feel so embarrassed now when we go to the school functions because people think it’s cool

This pan is well made and the glass bottom is a real plus, allowing serving of the cake on the bottom, but beware of the use of metal utensils to free a baked cake from the pan sides! The non-stick coating is not particularly effective and a metal knife will scratch it easily. One could keep a plastic fast-food knife in the drawer for just this purpose. This bakewear is built to a high standard and the attached handles are undeniably useful and safer than grasping the sides of a hot pan.

I ordered this to work in my toaster oven. It fits perfectly. The dish is very heavy and the inside is so slippery I do not need to add anything to it. But I do enjoy putting butter and sugar with either chocolate or cinnamon before the batter. I think you could add nuts too. The cakes I make cook so well thru and I love inverting the pan onto a plate. When done you can put the pan back over the cake for easy covering. It washes up very easily. I can see where I will be doing a lot of baking with this pan. Cakes seem to cook faster in them. I am all for using less energy! Great deal for the money! Quality!

I finally bit the bullet and ordered and I have to say I love it even better than the traditional bunch of pa i’ve wanted this type of Bundt cake pan for a long time. Easier to evenly coat for non-stick, and I love how much easier it is to frost them have frosting stay on the cake. This Pam is also great cakes release it from it so easily. Happy with my purchase.

However, when you find a set that upgrades your baking process from start to finish, it's cause for celebration. This set fits the bill. It includes a nice variety of quality bakeware (cookie sheet, 9x13 pan, square cake pan, 2 circular cake pans and a loaf pan) all of which can handle a high level of heat. All of the pieces have nice size handles that enable a firm grip even when wearing oven mitts. What I initially believed to be a cosmetic design choice is, in fact, a practical feature. The circular indententations allow you to bake without the use of cooking spray, providing ease in removing your baked goods. If that wasn't enough, cleaning up is easy not only because the pans are non-stick, but because they are dishwasher safe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was actually expecting something possibly a little bit more flimsy what I was actually pretty surprised with this baking pan. I have made chicken breast in it, and I have also made cornbread and several casseroles. From the way that the food turned out it does heat up evenly so that is a great benefit of purchasing this pan for baking. I also actually enjoy the handles on the side. The ones that I normally use don't have the handles on the side so I'm actually happy that I got this I got to experience this because I believe I will be switching to the ones that have the handles on the sides . I will be using it in the next few weeks again to bake a small cake. I am happy with the quality of this baking pan and I would recommend.

ok, so I'm not a baker. I love cooking savory foods. I leave the baking to my husband. I had seen a life hack for roasting chicken in a fluted cake pan. I decided to try it using our Anolon fluted mold and it works great! and clean up was so easy! My husband was worried that his cakes would taste like chicken but i can attest that there was no smell/taste transfer after washing it. Knowing I can use this cake mold for sweet AND savory dishes makes me very happy. Also the silicone handles are nice and easy to grab and handle (no pun intended) with clunky oven mitts without touching the food.
