The Cabernet glass is perfect for full-bodied, complex red wines that are high in tannin. The generous size of this glass allows the bouquet to develop fully and smooths out the rough edges. It emphasizes the fruit, playing down the bitter qualities of the tannin, and allows wines to achieve balance. Designed in 2004, the Riedel O Tumbler was the first varietal-specific wine tumbler in history. O is an innovative take on the casual wine glass, based on the benchmark shapes of Riedel's Vinum series. Better yet, the O Tumbler fits into every dishwasher so broken stems are a thing of the past. Machine-made dishwashers are safe.

These wine glasses are the perfect size and as I (and a number of friends) have relatively small hands, they’re easy to hold. I’m very happy with these glasses. This is the first time I’ve bought wine glasses with texture and I was worried that they might feel cheap but they look and feel like high end wine glasses. I was also a little worried that the mouth of the glasses was going to be a little small but it’s fine, no issues there. They have a nice weight to them, not too light but not too heavy. I have no problem recommending these stemless wine glasses, I really like them and enjoy using them. Oh and they came very well packaged, none arrived broken which is always a fear when ordering anything glass.. Jennifer. North Bend, WA. Thu Oct 17 2024
