Customers consistently praise the product's beautiful appearance and elegant design, noting the attractive gold accents. The quality and durability are frequently highlighted, with many reviewers mentioning that the gold detailing has not chipped or worn off even after extended use. The size is generally well-received, described as generous and suitable for various beverages. While most feedback is positive, some customers have experienced issues with items arriving broken due to packaging, and a few note that handwashing is recommended to preserve the gold finish.
