I love that it's a large 7 quart size because when I use a slow cooker I love to make extras so that I have leftovers. I recently cooked a pot roast in it and was able to throw in lots of carrots and potatoes because of its roomy size. This model has a unique feature of a locking lid and it's great for traveling so that nothing spills while it's in the back of your car. The lid is really nice quality and has a rubber ring around it so you can get a nice seal while cooking. It's easy to program and start in the morning so you have dinner ready later that evening. Set up is more than easy and there aren’t a bunch of miniature pieces to clean. Personally I clean mine after each use instead of allowing the food to sit so it doesn’t create that harsh buildup around the edges. The best part about the slow cooker to me is the auto warming feature. Past appliances I’ve used, some would require that I manually change the temperature. I don’t feel pressured to have to check my meals every 5 minutes since the feature is in place. The party dipper is a hit too! It was easy to just plug it in and let it start warming. We used it at home on a random day, but it would be great for parties! The size is compact, but holds a good amount (20 ounces). It is very easy to clean as well, as the removable crock and the lid can go in the dishwasher. As the name implies, you get two in this twin pack, a nice plain pink and a pretty floral design. I started reading recipes as soon as I ordered this. I also ordered the reccomended accessories that go with it so I could use as soon as possible. I watched videos and couldnt wait to get it so I could start experimenting. The first thing I made was a pumpkin cheesecake and it was so easy and I loved the taste. Next I cooked bacon, and at first I thought I had done it wrong ! But after I was finished I knew I did it right and it was delicious.
