This ultimate bacon grease fat separator comes with a fine stainless steel mesh strainer that separates grease from unwanted pieces of meat, old butter and much more.

I use mine for bacon grease like my grandma used to have. Mine is red so it matches my kitchen decor, and is much classier looking than the recycled coffee can my grandma used to use. Nothing like bacon grease if you are cooking soul food.. Deborrah. CA. Sat Sep 20 2025

Perfect item for pasta or egg boiling!. Carene. Modena, NY. Mon May 11 2026

Strainers/sieves are an essential tool in any busy kitchen. Not only can they be used for straining pasta, but also for a variety of tasks such as rinsing grains, beans, fruits or sieve broth, soup, sauces, jams, and in many other food preparation processes. This strainer features a sturdy outer framework, double fine mesh, and a durable wooden handle to ensure a confident grip. Hand wash recommended, rinse thoroughly immediately after usage.

Highly recommend. Very sturdy, exactly as shown in the pictures. The double mesh is two meshes laid on top of each other in two different directions, which adds to its stiffness but it can make it a bit harder to clean.. Iris. Portland, OR. Tue Apr 28 2026

With ample capacity, this scoop allows you to portion and move grain, hops, malt extract, fruit, and other loose powders or additives from storage to your brewing kettle.

If you are looking for a large strainer, this is it... it is huge. I easily fits over my sink so I do not have to hold on to it or use another dish. Sadly, the handle takes this rating to one star. It has a piece of wood stained dark brown in the handle and when it gets, even slightly, wet the color comes off leaving coffee colored stains on anything it touches. Very disappointing.. Cc. Verona, WI. Sat Oct 10 2020

Essential for classic mint julep preparation but also desirable if you prefer serving drinks stirred and not shaken, this product is an elegant addition to your bar. This strainer is the professional's choice for straining stirred drinks, simply place the rounded side atop your preparation glass facing up to catch the ice as you pour it into your cocktail service glass.

I love this set. As sturdy as a solid bowl, yet drains as nicely as a mesh sieve (though, obviously, not as finely) I usually only cook for one, so I use the smaller one quite often. The large one has definitely come in handy for washing lettuce, or draining large pots of pasta. The only reason I did not give a five star is because the base is “tacked” on in spots which makes it easy for food to get stuck between the base and the colander. Nothing a little extra attention during washing can’t handle.. Corrie. Traverse City, MI. Sat Apr 18 2020
