[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pretty excited to get this, especially since it was paired with the nugget ice maker. Set up was easy-peasy. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. It paired right up with the ice maker without issue. The hookups were very obvious. It's got a generous reservoir as well. The coffee maker is pretty straightforward. You fill the reusable pod or you put in a disposable pod. You select the size coffee you want, the type you want, regular bills or iced, and you push the button. BOOM coffee. My only complaint is that it is strictly a single serve coffee maker. I wish it had a carafe feature. Overall this is a great little coffee maker. It pairs so well with the ice maker to make iced coffee. My daughter uses it everyday sometimes twice a day to make iced coffee. It's become a well used appliance in my household.. Jenniferp. Thu Oct 15 2026

It arrived just as Wayfair said. The box however had a gouge in the side of the box that went through. Luckily when we opened it up the coffee maker was not damaged. Setup was very easy. I have only brewed a k-cup coffee so far which was easy and delicious. Will be using the auto brew to a carafe of coffee tomorrow morning. I expect it to be just as delicious as the cup. We are very happy with this machine so far. The price was great and Wayfair never disappoints me with their quality, price & service.. Honiegay. Orange City, FL. Sun Apr 19 2026

Brew a robust, full-bodied cup of coffee right at home with this 11.8-ounce (350 ml) French press coffee maker, perfectly sized for serving two classic cups. Machine-crafted from a durable plastic frame and a high-temperature resistant borosilicate glass carafe—strictly avoiding fragile porcelain or handcrafted inconsistencies—this press is designed for reliable daily use. The internal 304 stainless steel plunging mechanism efficiently compresses your favorite coffee grounds and hot water to extract deep, aromatic flavors that conventional drip brewers leave behind. A heat-resistant plastic handle ensures you can pour your freshly brewed coffee or tea comfortably without transferring heat to your hands. While this coffee press is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning, rinsing it shortly after use is highly recommended to prevent the glass from discoloring over time.

purchased this coffee maker for personal use at home rather than for an office, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The machine is well-built, easy to use once it’s set up, and it consistently brews excellent coffee. Every cup comes out rich, hot, and full of flavor—honestly some of the best coffee I’ve had from a home machine. The only downside is that the owner’s manual isn’t very helpful when it comes to the initial setup. The instructions could definitely be clearer. However, if you take your time and work through it carefully, it’s absolutely possible to get everything configured correctly. Once it’s up and running, it’s been reliable and performs beautifully. Even though it’s marketed for commercial use, it works wonderfully as a personal in-home coffee maker. If you’re looking for café-quality coffee at home and don’t mind spending a little extra time on the initial setup, I highly recommend. Sarah. Decatur, AL. Tue Jul 21 2026

I favor a more bold robust coffee, and I get a consistent flavor each brew! The basket holder release button, as well as the hinge on the swing-out filter basket helps secure the solid build machine back in place! Also, the easy to remove water reservoir makes filling the tank simple. This has helped my aging hands make less of a mess. I no longer have to pour the water, I easily fill the tank under the faucet and place the chamber on the machine. The auto brew programming option has saved me time as well in my morning routine! I love waking up to the scent of my coffee, and pouring my coffee from the no drip carafe. The Hamilton Beach Professional Programmable Coffee Maker has enhanced my coffee routine!. Karen329. Wow a lot of bad reviews for this coffee maker, My experience with it has been very positive. We bought this coffee maker after we were sent to different work locations for COVID. It faithful brewed us our morning joe as we waited for the ramblings of our supervisor, on our daily zoom calls. Surely the fine aroma that this piece of machinery created, pushed us through the dark days of covid better than any pep talk we could have received from Dr. Fauci. The daily shots of caffeine kept our spirts high as we waited for a vaccine that did not prevent us from illness. After our return to the office, I could not let the old friend go, she now resides on my own kitchen counter still providing a fine aroma and a grand pick me up. Thanks, Mr. Coffee, you too are essential!. Zekefx. Peoria, IL. Mon Aug 22 2022
