My husband and I aren't coffee drinkers, but we wanted to get a coffee maker for company. This one fits the bill well. Its compact size makes storage easy, which means one less appliance on the kitchen counter. Operating the machine is intuitive, but if needed, the instruction manual is clear. I had no trouble making a regular cup of coffee as well as iced coffee (since it's so blasted hot outside!). You can use K-cups as well as ground coffee with this machine; it comes with a cartridge for each. I don't know how well this coffee maker will hold up with everyday use, but for occasional use, it serves our purpose well.. Linda. Griffin, GA. Fri Sep 04 2026

I've only had the machine for two days so my review really isn't fair except: one reason I bought it was for counter space and I love that I could relocate the reservoir to the back giving me more counter space. so...right now, for that reason, I gave it 5 star. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pretty excited to get this, especially since it was paired with the nugget ice maker. Set up was easy-peasy. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. It paired right up with the ice maker without issue. The hookups were very obvious. It's got a generous reservoir as well. The coffee maker is pretty straightforward. You fill the reusable pod or you put in a disposable pod. You select the size coffee you want, the type you want, regular bills or iced, and you push the button. BOOM coffee. My only complaint is that it is strictly a single serve coffee maker. I wish it had a carafe feature. Overall this is a great little coffee maker. It pairs so well with the ice maker to make iced coffee. My daughter uses it everyday sometimes twice a day to make iced coffee. It's become a well used appliance in my household.. Jenniferp. Thu Oct 15 2026

Works well. The fill tank doesn't empty all the way though. It can be removed to empty it if you wish. We let it in because of the amount of times we use it. The cord is short and comes out the left rear of the unit. Decide where you are going to place to see if it will work for you.. Linda. PA. Sat Jul 04 2026

The single cup side brews all your favorite K-Cup pods in 6, 8, 10, or 12oz sizes. The K-Duo with MultiStream Technology saturates the grounds evenly to extract full flavor and aroma in every cup, hot or cold. It offers a variety of brewing options to craft your ideal cup, now including Brew Over Ice for making refreshing iced coffees and teas, as well as Strong Brew for brewing a bolder, more intense cup and the Extra Hot feature for an exceptionally steamy cup.

Love our Keurig upgrade. So easy to set up. I like the hot and cold option. I like the one water barrel. Our older one, you would have to fill two different compartments with water...this is just one water compartment for both cup and pot. Highly recommend. Marissa. US. Sat Apr 18 2026

Customize your brew with 9 ground sizes from single-serve to carafe and 4 pod sizes from 6 to 12 oz. Use the fold-away frother to create cappuccinos and lattes or dispense hot water from the independent hot water system to make tea or soup.

UPDATE 10/15/2026: Ninja DualBrew Pro still going strong four years later. Used every single day. Set at night for morning brew to be ready. Most noticeable thing compared to other coffee makers is the warming plate shows NO wear at all after all these years. Would buy again, but hoping it'll last for at least five more years. THE BEST coffee pot we have bought to date! I'm 65 years old, have bought MULTIPLE coffee pots/systems throughout the years. We recently downsized and moved to another state. My entire kitchen is in a remodel state but I INSISTED we buy a new coffee pot anyway. I reviewed multiple systems and decided on this Ninja Dual Brew Pro. I've used other Ninja products and love them all. I was hesitant only b/c of the price but it was THE best investment ever for us in a small appliance. It makes the MOST delicious morning brew, seemingly regardless of brand of coffee. We're not coffee snobs and sometimes will buy an inexpensive brand "just to try it." This system does not disappoint. We add cream to our coffee so we brew on the "rich" setting. Not sure how much difference that makes, but we have not had a "bad" pot since we set it up. We set it to brew every day at 5:50 a.m., get up at 6 a.m. to our first cup, keep it on warm until ready for second, and even the second cup tastes as good as the first (the warmer plate on other pots tends to "burn" the coffee by the time we get to the second cup.) We also make single pod cups and use the "water only" feature for tea/hot chocolate. Very easy to switch between features. The only thing we can't determine at this point is just how long this pot will keep making great coffee. I will update review if any issues arise. For now, we definitely recommend!. Alice. Kodak, TN. It is great and easy to use I prefer the single serve brewer since I am usually the only one using the coffee machine I have not tried the iced coffee feature yet I had a 12cup with a single brew It makes a perfect coffee with my pods and set on 23 ounces. Thomas. Blandon, PA. Thu Jun 25 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only complaint is the carafe water reservoir isn't clear on order to see water measurements. Otherwise, it's great. Whoever thought up the 3 in 1 idea should be congratulated.. Betts. St. Peters, Mo.. Mon Jul 27 2026
