These ceramic pots and pans are nice. I chose the green color which is very pretty. The pots are not heavy and are very durable. It cooked my food evenly through out. Also, the heat was distributed evenly so the middle of the pot was not hotter than the outsides. The only thing I have to get use to is the handle because it can’t stay on the pot while cooking. I think this is the most beautiful dutch oven, and I get questions from guests about it all the time! It cooks things perfectly, and I've had great success making sourdough bread in it too. I've found the light color can get smudges baked on when you put it in a high-heat oven, but they came off really easily with a magic eraser sponge.
