The gold handles really set off the ivory enamel.. S.m.. Maryland. Sat Oct 03 2026

Stainless steel sears. Non-stick releases. Most kitchens need both, which usually means two sets of pots and pans competing for cabinet space. The Lexi Home 7-Piece Cookware Set puts both on one surface. Each piece is tri-ply stainless steel cookware, built with an aluminum core between two layers of steel for even heat across the pan. The cooking surface is etched in a diamond pattern. Raised steel handles the sear. Non-stick in the recesses handles the release. Eggs slide free. Steak builds a crust. Pan sauces start from the fond, not from scratch. That is the working principle behind hybrid cookware, and the reason one etched non-stick cookware set can do the work of two. The set covers the core of daily cooking for home chefs. A 10-inch skillet for eggs and quick sears. A 2.7-quart saucepan for grains and sauces. A 4.2-quart sauté pan for one-pan dinners. A 4.8-quart casserole for soups, braises, and pasta. Three lids hold in heat and moisture. Every piece works on gas, electric, and induction cooktops, moves from stovetop to oven - without the lids - up to 500°F, and goes into the dishwasher for easy cleanup. With steel on every exterior surface and steel on the cooking peaks, this kitchen cookware set is built as durable cookware for daily use. Hybrid performance, without the hybrid price tag.

The nonstick coating allows for more forgiving cooking and provides a fast cleanup. Its aluminum body evenly distributes heat and is oven-safe up to 480F. For long-lasting quality, it's recommended to hand wash the cookware. Create the perfect pasta dish, simmer beautiful bechamel sauce, or make a savory steak for dinner tonight.

So far this set is great! I didn't realize when I got it that it says it's for low to medium heat and suggests use under 450 degrees. I honestly have no idea how hot the fire on a gas stove gets so hopefully I'll be using it correctly. So far it has been fine and I like everything in the set!. Jessica. Brooklyn, NY. The M150 Copper Cookware collection's two-ply construction consists of 90-percent copper and 10-percent 18/10 stainless steel. The cookware's durable, ultra-thin stainless-steel interior preserves the taste and nutritional qualities of foods, while its 1-1/2-mm thick copper exterior heats evenly and conducts faster than other metals. In fact, copper is twice as conductive as aluminum and 10 times more conductive than stainless steel, which means fast, even heating and rapid cool down, providing chefs maximum control over the cooking process. Thoughtfully designed, the pan's two loop side handles come riveted for strength and stay cool to the touch on the stovetop for comfortable lifting or transport. Its matching lid fits securely to trap in heat, moisture, and nutrients, plus offers a looped, riveted handle for simple removal. The easy-to-clean cookware can be used on gas, electric, halogen, or induction (with a disc) cooktops, and it will even withstand an oven's heat..

Calphalon Signature Hard-Anodized Nonstick Cookware delivers a 1.5x more durable nonstick interior (vs Calphalon Classic) for effortless food release, so you can cook with confidence and serve even the most delicate food with ease. Designed and engineered in the United States, this cookware features a durable, PFOA-free, 3-layer nonstick interior that is tough enough to withstand metal utensils and holds up to everyday use. Signature cookware is oven-safe up to 500 degrees F, so it can go from the stovetop to the oven for heating and cooking versatility, and stay-cool stainless steel handles provide heat resistance when cooking on the stovetop. Calphalon Signature Nonstick pots and pans are also dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. Discover professional-level precision and performance with Calphalon Signature, and experience superior cookware that's built to last.

I decided to send these back when I realized they are not really stay-cool handles. The fine print on the manufacturer's website essentially tells you to always use a pot holder. For this kind of money, and given the high quality of the non-stick finish, they should have put silicone on the handles for handling them. My previous $60 set from a major online junk retailer (starts with A) has that.. Dirk. Calgary, AB. Mon Aug 10 2026
