We are really impressed with the Famiware 18-piece Stoneware Dinnerware Set. Apparently in pickup and delivery process, the box was roughly handled with the end result being the lovely, handled platter/tray, was in pieces. At first, I was very disappointed. Very minimal packaging meaning the dish set was not protected AT ALL!! We received 4 of these in the mail and they ended up going directly into storage. We waited 10 months before opening... our fault for not opening before. However, once we opened and discovered that there was 1 broken plate, I called customer service. To my surprise, customer service was AMAZING. They lady I dealt with was super helpful and even replaced the 1 salad plate the came broken. I am so happy with the customer service I received. I love, love, love this dish set. The stoneware is high quality. The coating on them almost seems like porcelain but with the sturdy weight of stoneware.
