It worked great. The filters prevented the coffee grounds from going into my cup. It made my cup of coffee in under 5 min. This product is easy to use right out of the box. There’s two baskets for the single cup side so you can brew with grounds or a k-cup. I’ve used both and both work well. There are ridges in the water basin so you can brew small to large cups. The traditional multi-cup pot side is pretty standard with a mesh filter basket and pour in feature. When you hit brew on either side, it takes a minute to heat the water before it starts coming out but you can hear it so you know it’s doing something. Works well. The fill tank doesn't empty all the way though. It can be removed to empty it if you wish. We let it in because of the amount of times we use it.
