Distinctive coastal-inspired design. The warm breeze that blows from the east and cascades along the Algarve coast with fruity aromas and the fresh flavors of Ria Formosa was the inspiration for this collection. This collection adds light to every gathering and turns any table into a memorable experience.

The Alegria River Dinnerware Collection from Gibson Elite strikes the balance between color and contrast. Muted hues settle into soft, washed layers that meet a darker exterior shade, creating an intentional two‑tone interplay. The effect flows across each piece much like a quiet river meeting its shoreline—one surface fluid and tonal, the other steady and grounding. Subtle shifts in color add depth and movement, while the smooth exterior provides a calm, contemporary balance. The result is a look that feels composed, refined, and effortlessly serene, bringing a sense of natural harmony to the table for everyday dining or relaxed gatherings. Coastal Blues Bistro Coupe 12-Piece Dinnerware Set, Service for 4

Absolutely love the colors! We are pleased with this set.. Rachael. Tacoma, WA. Wed Feb 11 2026

The most interesting things live between two worlds. The Coastal Forest draws from the quiet restraint of Japanese tableware and the confidence of modern Western design — deep, cone-shaped bowls alongside plates with wide, flat bases that feel current without trying to be. The two-tone colorway holds the contrast together, letting the pieces speak to each other without forcing a match. High-fired stoneware keeps everything grounded. Chip-resistant, non-porous, dishwasher-ready — built for the table you eat at every day. The reactive glaze settles into each piece differently, giving the set a subtle variation in finish that makes it look collected rather than bought. Quintessentially sophisticated and thoughtfully versatile, Gibson Elite offers a tasteful blend of form and function brought to a myriad of dinnerware, serving ware, and tabletop accessories. Quality in material selection and stylish aesthetics in designs and glazing techniques provide endless possibilities for creative tablescapes and dining occasions.

Pretty pattern and no scratches or any other detractions. It's unfortunate that melamine /bamboo can't be put in the dishwasher (the plates are too big for the upper rack and my dishwasher doesn't have a low temp setting).
