We've been using Lloyd Pizza pans for years and when we needed new sheet pans, my husband reminded me we can get Lloyd! I was excited to see them on Wayfair too! They cook well and hold up well over time. They do almost look "used" when they show up...there are usually some marks that look odd, but that is just normal for Lloyd pans (they even say this on the slip in the packaging). These cookie sheets are seriously the best I’ve ever used for baking! First of all, I LOVE how big they are. The 16 x 14-inch size gives you so much room, whether you’re baking a large batch of cookies at once or making those extra-large bakery-style cookies that need plenty of space to spread out. But what really impressed me was how perfectly my cookies baked. They came out deliciously crunchy around the outside while staying soft and chewy on the inside. So I believe I bought this jelly roll pan a couple of years ago. I am careful to wash and dry immediately after each use. I don't put it into the dishwasher and avoid harsh chemicals.
