This is a great metal shelving unit. It took about an hour to put together with 2 people. There were a few rubber pieces that were cracked in the package but it should not impact the durability. Accessories for assembling should be enclosed inside box securely & firm so they are not loose! Should the recipient have parts missing I trust Wayfair will replace them without any hassles?!? Very disappointed, as to give this ceiling rack away sounding how it does in the box required an apologetic explanation putting the blame on Wayfair packing & shipping!
