GP5 incorporates 15 years of cook-centric innovations in one cutting-edge collection. These extraordinarily engineered pots and pans are in a class all their own. You may not notice the integrated technologies at first glance, but you’ll appreciate them when you start cooking. This set is designed to deliver everything from braised chicken thighs to simple morning eggs with ease. No matter what you’re making, you can use less oil and get more contact with this pan’s innovative Balance Pro Base. All pans flex when they’re heated, but this collection’s ultra-tough 5mm thick frypans and sauté pan are designed to flex internally, meaning oil stays where you put it and your food gets maximum contact with the pan. We invented ceramic nonstick cookware 15 years ago, and we’ve perfected it with Infinite8. This groundbreaking ceramic nonstick coating is the most advanced ceramic nonstick ever made. It’s ultra-durable, scratch-resistant, and features layers of diamonds for extraordinary performance. No other coating comes close. As always, it’s PFAS-free to make every meal healthier. These pans feature Magneto Induction Technology for remarkable performance on all stovetops, including induction. The sturdy stainless steel handles are reverse riveted to create a smooth, snag-free interior. The Oven and broiler are safe to 600˚F. Dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.

A matched set beats five pans that never nest. The Alva Maestro Ceramic Nonstick Cookware Set covers frying, sautéing, simmering and boiling in one go, with vented stainless lids that let steam out before a pot boils over and interior capacity marks so you can measure without a jug. The multi-layer ceramic surface releases cleanly with very little oil — eggs, fish and sauces lift instead of sticking — and the aluminium core spreads heat across the whole base, so nothing scorches in the middle while the edges stay cool. Oven safe to 400°F and compatible with every cooktop including induction. Ceramic is nonstick, not no-fat: use a little oil, keep heat low to medium, and hand wash to protect the coating. Made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Backed by a 10-year limited warranty, built in the Belgian tradition since 1949.

Best ceramic pan I've ever used. Treat it right with silicone utensils and it will last. Was a little surprised how heavy it was, but that to me shows the quality of the pan.....solid!. Happy Dave. Sat Oct 03 2026

I have been searching for many years and couldn't have been happier to find these pans...they're like a unicorn. Actually non-stick (like you need zero oil to fry an egg) and actually dishwasher safe (we are an anti-handwash family). Have had this set for 1 year, near daily use, and still delighted by it. The non-stick isn't a coating, so no need to worry about it disintegrating over time. Tragically, we are remodeling our kitchen and these will not work with our new induction cooktop. I desperately wish Henckels made a version of this that I could get for the new kitchen, but I'm not seeing it out there. I have passed them on to my mom and sister, they're delighted to get them. Maybe I'll have to go to their houses and cook so I can enjoy the pleasure of these pans again.... Katekatekate. Fri May 31 2024

I am so happy with my purchase! These pans are substantial, well-balanced and very easy to clean with soap and water. They heat evenly, even on my finicky electric stove. I’ve used a wooden spoon which works great and doesn’t scratch. They are on the spendy side, but in my opinion they are on par with other brands of similar quality. I’m planning to save up to get the whole set. Five stars for sure!. Katrina. Rochester, MN. Thu Oct 04 2018
