I've only had the machine for two days so my review really isn't fair except: one reason I bought it was for counter space and I love that I could relocate the reservoir to the back giving me more counter space. so...right now, for that reason, I gave it 5 star. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pretty excited to get this, especially since it was paired with the nugget ice maker. Set up was easy-peasy. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. It paired right up with the ice maker without issue. The hookups were very obvious. It's got a generous reservoir as well. The coffee maker is pretty straightforward. You fill the reusable pod or you put in a disposable pod. You select the size coffee you want, the type you want, regular bills or iced, and you push the button. BOOM coffee. My only complaint is that it is strictly a single serve coffee maker. I wish it had a carafe feature. Overall this is a great little coffee maker. It pairs so well with the ice maker to make iced coffee. My daughter uses it everyday sometimes twice a day to make iced coffee. It's become a well used appliance in my household.. Jenniferp. Thu Oct 15 2026

The Ninja DualBrew Pro Specialty Coffee System delivers Classic, Rich, Over Ice, and Specialty brews from your favorite coffee grounds or coffee pods. Customize your brew with 9 ground sizes from single-serve to carafe and 4 pod sizes from 6 to 12 oz. Use the fold-away frother to create cappuccinos and lattes or dispense hot water from the independent hot water system to make tea or soup.

UPDATE 10/15/2026: Ninja DualBrew Pro still going strong four years later. Used every single day. Set at night for morning brew to be ready. Most noticeable thing compared to other coffee makers is the warming plate shows NO wear at all after all these years. Would buy again, but hoping it'll last for at least five more years. THE BEST coffee pot we have bought to date! I'm 65 years old, have bought MULTIPLE coffee pots/systems throughout the years. We recently downsized and moved to another state. My entire kitchen is in a remodel state but I INSISTED we buy a new coffee pot anyway. I reviewed multiple systems and decided on this Ninja Dual Brew Pro. I've used other Ninja products and love them all. I was hesitant only b/c of the price but it was THE best investment ever for us in a small appliance. It makes the MOST delicious morning brew, seemingly regardless of brand of coffee. We're not coffee snobs and sometimes will buy an inexpensive brand "just to try it." This system does not disappoint. We add cream to our coffee so we brew on the "rich" setting. Not sure how much difference that makes, but we have not had a "bad" pot since we set it up. We set it to brew every day at 5:50 a.m., get up at 6 a.m. to our first cup, keep it on warm until ready for second, and even the second cup tastes as good as the first (the warmer plate on other pots tends to "burn" the coffee by the time we get to the second cup.) We also make single pod cups and use the "water only" feature for tea/hot chocolate. Very easy to switch between features. The only thing we can't determine at this point is just how long this pot will keep making great coffee. I will update review if any issues arise. For now, we definitely recommend!. Alice. Kodak, TN.
